Yeah....not so much today but it was a long one. I started a new workout and it's just insane. I'm keeping track of it using this app: http://medicalprod.com/ifitness.html.
It's not a replacement for a personal trainer by any means but it is truly amazing for keeping track of your workouts and planning ahead of time if you're not lucky enough to have a trainer. I even let a very qualified trainer (my girlfriend) see it and she thought it was pretty awesome....OK, I'm rambling. Before I sound more like an ad have a great night!
